Citrus fruits

The acidic properties of lemon will help you get rid of severe dry skin, while petroleum jelly is a powerful moisturizer that softens the texture of the heels.

A tablespoon of Vaseline

A few drops of lemon juice

1-Soak your feet in hot water for 20 minutes and then dry well with a clean towel.

2.Mix a tablespoon of petroleum jelly with a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

3-spread the resulting mixture on the feet and heels, massage for a few minutes until completely absorbed.

4-wear clean cotton socks overnight to get soft feet in the morning.




Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is rich in malic acid, which helps to soften the skin and get rid of dead skin layers to facilitate the peeling process.

A glass of apple cider vinegar

A bowl of hot water 

Preparation steps

1. add a glass of apple cider vinegar to a bowl of hot water.

2-soak your feet in water with apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes.

3-after the necessary time has passed, rub your feet using a medical stone to get rid of dead skin.

4-repeat it twice a week to get the best results.



Oatmeal

Oatmeal is characterized by its anti-inflammatory properties, while olive oil is rich in moisturizing and nourishing elements and contains vitamin E, which rejuvenates the skin and smoothes the texture of the feet.

A tablespoon of oatmeal

A teaspoon of olive oil

1-Soak your feet in hot water for 15 minutes and then rub well with a foot stone.

2-dry the feet with a clean towel and then use a generous amount of castor oil to massage the heels.

3-Repeat this daily before bedtime and leave the mixture overnight while wearing cotton socks to get rid of cracked heels.
